We stayed here a week before the academy awards, I thought it would be much more expensive. It was like $215 a night, and our room was beautiful. The rooftop, which is a hummingbird and butterfly sanctuary, was amazing!!! While we were up there getting some sun, Eva Longoria came up to check it out for a party she was having.
The breakfast up there, a buffet, was $20.00, but it included fresh juices, coffee, eggs, fruit, and any other yummy breakfast item you could want. Once you park your car, you do not need to take it out again, many things are within walking distance. There is a place called Urth or something like that, amazing food. You can walk to Melrose and get some shopping done, and there is a Trader Joes a few blocks up.
I loved this place, and I will be back. The manager, originally from Chicago, is wonderful and so is his staff. Don't let them send you to Ihop for pancakes! They seem to not realize where the great places are around West Hollywood. Love, love love this hotel.
